'Wow' your guests with homemade chicken taquitos. These baked taquitos are filled with chicken, cheese and salsa.

Chipotle Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
1 cup HERDEZ® Medium Guacamole Salsa
6 corn tortillas
1⁄2 cup sour cream
1⁄2 cup pico de gallo
Vegetable oil, for frying
toothpicks
Directions

1. In medium bowl, stir together chicken, cheese, and salsa. Mix well.

 

2. Spoon chicken mixture evenly down center of each tortilla.

 

3. Tightly roll tortilla around filling; secure each with toothpick.

 

4. In large skillet, hear 2 inches oil over medium-high hear until 360°F.

 

5. Fry tortillas, 3 at a time, 5. until crisp and golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Drain on paper towels.

 

6. Remove toothpicks.

 

7. Garnish with sour cream and pico de gallo.
